We locally roast and candy our fresh almonds, pecans and cashews at all University of Dayton Arena events. We use local suppliers when available. Our roasting machines are the traditional German made nut roasters. We maintain and achieve high standards for the cleanliness of our location and for the quality of our products. We are not a franchise. We are locally owned and operated.
